Ega Master has been elected again as the exclusive hand tool supplier to be used by all the members of Spea Tarrés Trial Team: engineers, technicians, mechanics etc... This is a team led by world number one, Jordi Tarrés, whose team counts on two young racers who already have many European and Spanish championships, despite their youth.
EGA Master expands its already extensive range of insulated safety tools 1000V by including the newly developed Piraina ® pipe cutter 64 mm. Its large capacity allows cutting the vast majority of plastic pipes: PVC, PB, PE, PP, etc., and even electric cables, with a maximum voltage up to 1000V. It has been designed with the strictest ergonomic criteria that ensure frequent, comfortable and efficient use. This new cutter retains all the features that have made the Piraina® pipe and cable cutters fundamental and essential tools for professional users.
EGA Master has participated in THE EXPO MINAS 2012 Exhibition in Quito, Ecuador, held from 27th to 29th March together with its distributor Disbelve.This fair has already become the biggest event of the mining sector in Ecuador and has enjoyed the participation of key government authorities of the country and has been attended by representatives of the most important public and private worldwide companies that operate in the sector.

Given the rapid advance of stainless steel tubing, EGA Master has developed a new electro-hydraulic pipe bender for bending stainless steel tubes.This pipe bender is fitted with an electrohydraulic pump which allows comfortable, efficient and smooth bending.
EGA Master has just launched its new Mastervision Mini Rec Inspection Camera. This new model stands out for having a 4.5 mm head that enables the access to the most limited, small and difficult to access spaces. This is coupled with a color TFT 3.5 "removable, that allows to separe the screen from the handle-camera set in order to have an easy and comfortable vision, while the cable is inserted through the most inaccesible places thanks to the wireless technology. The high accuracy of the image, both in daylight and darkness (thanks to the powerful LEDs built into the camera) ensures a correct reading of the screen in any circumstances.In addition, it offers to the users the possibility to make videos that can be analyzed later on in a computer, individually or with the an expert team, in order to solve the existing problem in the most effective way.
As in every Cologne Fair, EGA Master celebrated the Golden Ega award giving ceremony. With these awards Ega Master publicly recognizes its most loyal partners form all over the world. In this 6th edition the awarded distributors were Bishop Bothers Arizona Tools Company (India), Apex Import, Export & General Trading (Egypt), Atom Supply (Australia), Mediterranean Equipments (Libya) and Thomas Warburton (Australia).
Ega Master will once again part at OTC in Houston from April 30th to May 3rd. It is the biggest and most prestigious oil & gas exhibition in the world. In this edition there will be around 2500 exhibitors and 65000 visitors from over 130 countries.
The 2012 edition was the 20th anniversary of EGA Master´s first participation at the very prestigious International Hardware Fair of Cologne. This 20th anniversary was celebrated by EGA Master with the launch of important new products, including the revolutionary sub-aquatic (underwater) AquaMaster tools, the perfect complement for its already very broad range that includes pipe tools, mechanical tools, ESD electrodisipative tools, non-sparking tools, 1000v insulated tools, titanium non-magnetic tools and explosion-proof intrinsically safe ATEX certified instruments.
