EGA Master has developed a project based on 316 stainless steel solutions for the Kizomba Complex (FPSO) – Block 15, operated by ExxonMobil in Angola.

This project responds to the demands of a highly corrosive offshore environment, where the combination of humidity, salinity and aggressive agents requires materials and solutions capable of guaranteeing maximum durability, safety and operational reliability.

The scope of the project includes the development of tools made of 316 stainless steel, specially selected for their high resistance to corrosion in saline environments, common in offshore oil platforms.

The Kizomba Complex is one of the main offshore developments in Africa, with several FPSO-type production units in operation, which implies a high criticality in all maintenance and operation activities.

In this context, EGA Master has provided solutions designed to respond to the real needs of operators, combining:

  • Adaptation to the work environment
  • Focus on field use and maintenance
  • Manufacturing capacity adjusted to customer requirements

This project reinforces EGA Master's position as a reference provider of solutions for high-demand industries, especially in sectors such as offshore oil and gas, where tool reliability is a key factor for safety and operational continuity.
