Through this channel, anyone can report, confidentially and anonymously if they wish, potential breaches of the EGA Master Code of Ethics and Conduct.
All complaints will be handled by the Ethics Committee, ensuring objective and confidential analysis without retaliation for the reporting party.
The investigation will be carried out with the utmost diligence and respect for the rights of all parties, and the necessary measures will be taken if the facts are confirmed in accordance with the internal procedure IT01-P02 Reporting Channel and Ethics Committee.
If the complaint is not anonymous, EGA Master will send an acknowledgment of receipt within a maximum of 7 calendar days.
The reporting person, if not anonymous, will be informed of the outcome of the investigation within a maximum of 3 months from receipt of the report, except in cases of special complexity that require an extension.
